Ingredients:
• 2– Eggplants
• 2– Green Zucchini
• 2– Yellow Zucchini
• 3– Tomatoes
• 1– Yellow Bell Pepper
• 1– Red Bell Pepper
• ¼ cup – Chopped Parsley
• 4 tsp– Dried Basil
• 4 tsp– Dried Thyme
• 6– Garlic Cloves
• ½ – Large Onion
• ½ cup– Marinara Sauce
• ½ cup- Olive Oil
• 2 tsp- Ground Black Pepper
• Salt to taste
