Last day in France! A phenomenal trip❣️Went to one of the most least know Three Michelin Star restaurants for lunch followed by one of the most well known for dinner. Part of the reason for this trip is to visit all the culinary godfathers while they’re still at their restaurants. The country is a world renowned culinary hub, and French cooking is the backbone to arguably all cooking. The chefs/restaurants I’ve visited in the last 6 days shaped French cuisine, and they pioneered many food movements “trending” nowadays. Most of these restaurants are classic and define “destination dining” at its finest. Until next time, au revoir.
