Recipe:

—– Custard (Crème anglaise) —-
– 4 egg yolks
– 80g of sugar
– Vanilla (optional)

—- Meringue (The Islands)
– 4 egg whites
– salt
– 50g of sugar
– Lemon essential oil or zest (optional)

—- Caramel sauce —-
– 60 g of sugar
– 40mL of water

Tip: if you failed the custard, you can mix it with a hand blender and then filter it with a strainer.
