These are the best and easiest Madeleines you will ever made!

💫This recipe makes about 18 madeleines, moist, buttery, with a touch of honey and of course, a bump! Your whole family is going to love this home made madeleines. 💫

They are easy and delicious as is, but you can also add in the Madeleine batter:
– Chocolate chips, lemon and French lavender, cinnamon and honey,

You can also cover the Madeleine with a chocolate shell, or cover them in melted chocolate (white, dark or milk chocolate) and then dip them in crushed nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, coconut, etc)

Once cold, leave them in a closed box up to 1 week.
