Ingredients:
4 slices of thick bread, I use Texas Toast style
3 large eggs
2 to 3 tbsp milk (whole, 2%, almond, etc.) (30 to 45ml)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional) (2ml)
1 to 2 tsp of ground cinnamon (2 to 4g)
1/2 cup of sugar (100g) doesn’t have to be exact.
1 tbsp of butter or oil (14g)
Dips – maple syrup, strawberry sauce/syrup, chocolate sauce/syrup
