This French Onion Dip is super easy and probably uses things already in your pantry!
It is quick to throw together and better than store bought, so you may never go back to those tubs of processed mystery goo!
Easy French Onion Dip
2 Tbs HOT water
1 tsp beef bullion
2 Tbs dried minced onion
1 C sour cream
1 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Pepper to taste
In a small bowl mix the hot water, bullion and dried onion together. Set aside to allow the onions to soften.
In a dip sized bowl, combine the sour cream, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and mix.
Now add your softened onions and mix again.
Add your pepper to taste.
Chill for best results, but you can always serve immediately too… it usually doesn’t make it past the mixing stage here before we start dipping!
