French-style meat is a very popular dish for the festive table and it is great for treating guests. The dish is quite quick and easy to prepare, it requires a small number of available ingredients to prepare it.

Ingredients:
Pork tenderloin – 0.5kg
Onion – 0.5 piece
Cheese – 150g
Mayonnaise – 30g
Oil – 20ml
Salt, pepper & paprika – to taste

Recipe:
1. Firstly, cut 0.5kg of pork tenderloin into equal pieces and beat both sides.
2. Then put the meat into a pot.
3. Add 20ml of oil, salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Mix properly.
4. Grate 150g of cheese on a fine grater.
5. After that, cut half of the onion into rings.
6. The next step is to put the meat into a baking dish.
7. Put onion rings on top, then add mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese.
8. Finally, roast at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Bon appetit!
