There is a new show on HBO Max called Julia. If you haven’t seen it yet, you should definitely watch it! It is such a cute and entertaining show. It was probably one of the big inspirations for Brian’s dish this week, Coq Au Vin. Coq Au Vin is a classic French dish that Julia Child helped make famous. The dish literally means chicken in red wine and is a delightful stew of flavors that stays with you. Not going to lie though, Stephanie was a little sad with the 4 cups of red wine that went into the dish! Overall, it was worth it for this fancier dish! Even one of our little BS’ers said it was good. Don’t worry the other 2 will learn to love food one day!
