1. Pour 0.5 oz. lemon juice into shaker
2. Pour 0.5 oz. simple syrup into shaker
3. Pour 1 oz. Citadelle Gin into shaker
4. Add ice & shake for 10-15 seconds
5. Pour into flute glass
6. Fill to the top with sparkling wine
7. Garnish with lemon twist
