This is a video I made on my experiments on all French Recipes in Malaysia. I needed to understand why and how things were made. So I did some research and shared them online. Hopefully I can progress to creating my own recipes with Malaysian fresh produce. As they say, you need to get the basics right before you go off inventing your own.
