It’s time to enjoy some Beaujolais Nouveau for this year! Beaujolais Nouveau is the first wine of the harvest. The past third Thursday of November was the release day of Beaujolais Nouveau, and we will taste and compare this year’s Beaujolais Nouveau with regular Beaujolais in today’s video. This video also comes with another food and wine pairing, and today I will be making Baked Salmon with Tomato and Dill Cream Sauce!
