In today’s video, I visited Bouchon Bistro which is my favorite french restaurant in Napa Valley, CA! Someday I hope to check out the legendary French Laundry but for now, I will be enjoying Bouchon. I had their fried pig ear appetizer which was perfectly done. I also enjoyed their salmon and mussels which were 2 solid main dishes. The creme brulee that I had for dessert was literally the best creme brulee that I’ve ever had. Afterwards, I made a stop at Bouchon Bakery for some pastries to take home. Without a doubt it was a memorable experience.
