The croquembouche is a tower of choux puffs filled with a tasty vanilla pastry cream. these delicious choux puff will be coated with different things. Today we are making a mix of dark chocolate choux puff and white chocolate choux puff. along with those will also make the standard ones that are covered in caramel sauce.
To make things easier for everyone and for the sake of time keeping, I have pre-made a batch of pastry cream and a lot of choux puffs ( 78 of them in total)
