Hello everyone! Today we have shared Ramadan’s special yummiest recipe of crispy masala fries with red sauce and vegetables that is super tasty and easy to make.

WRITTEN RECIPE IN ENGLISH:
INGREDIENTS:
Capsicum
Onion
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp barbecue sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp chilli garlic ketchup
Half tsp chicken powder
RECIPE:
Peel, wash, and cut potatoes vertically into pieces.
In a bowl, add cornflour and coat the fries properly, then add fries to preheated oil and fry them on medium flame until cooked and golden brown in colour.
TO PREPARE THE SAUCE:
Take 1 tbsp cooking oil, add 2 chopped garlic cloves and saute it for a good 2 to 3 mins.
then add cube size cut onion and capsicum, saute them for 2 to 3 min. now add all the sauces mentioned above, and mix them well.
cook the sauce on high flame for 3 to 4 mins until the consistency becomes thick.
Add fries into the sauce, mix them well and serve. 🙂

INGREDIENTS:
Shimla mirch
Pyaaz
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp barbecue sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp chilli garlic ketchup
Half tsp chicken powder
RECIPE:
Aalo ko cheel kar dho lein or fries mein cut karlein.
bowl mein cornflour add karein or fries ko achi tarah coat karein cornflour mein.
phir preheated oil mein medium flame pe fry karein jab tak fries pak an jaye or color golden brown an hojaye.
SAUCE BANANE KE LIYE:
pan mein 1 tbsp cooking oil add karein or 2 lehsan ke jaway chop kiye hue saute karein 2 se 3 min ke liye.
phir cube size mein cut ki hui shimla mirch or pyaaz add karein or 3 se 4 min saute karein.
phir tamaam mention kiye hue sauce add karein or achi tarah se mix karlein.
sauce ko 3 se 4 min high flame py pakalein or consistency thick karlein.
sauce mein fries add karein or mix karke serve karein. 🙂
