Ingredients:
1 cup Big Y half-and-half
3 Big Y Large White Eggs
2 tablespoons Food Club honey, warmed
1/2 teaspoon Big Y pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon Big Y ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Food Club salt
1 (16-ounce) loaf French bread, cut into 14 slices
Food Club non-stick cooking spray
8 strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 small bananas, sliced
1/4 cup sliced almonds
Food Club powdered sugar, for garnish

Step 1: Wash hands with soap and water.
Step 2: Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water.
Step 3: In a medium bowl, whisk together half-and-half, eggs, honey, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Pour mixture into a pie pan. Dip bread slices into mixture, allowing them to soak for 30 seconds on each side. Wash hands with soap and water after handling raw eggs.
Step 4: Coat a 10-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-low heat. Place 2 slices of bread at a time into the pan and cook for 3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
Step 5: Serve immediately, garnished with strawberries, bananas, almonds and powdered sugar.
