Here’s the easiest, most delicious French toast recipe.

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
Half cup milk
3 Tbsp sugar
8 thick slices bread
3 Tbsp Pure Ghee/butter/cooking oil
1 tsp Vanilla essence
Nutmeg 2 Pinch grated
Salt one pinch
Powdered Sugar to dust on the French Toast

METHOD

Break the two egg mixture in a bowl, whisk together the eggs. Add sugar and stir well. Grate the nutmeg to two pinches and stir well. Add the vanilla essence, pinch of salt, and milk. Stir well.

Put 1 tbsp of ghee in the hot pan, once the pan is hot, soak the bread slices in the mixture properly and then place it in the hot pan.

Fry the French toast until browned on one side, then flip and brown the other side.

Dust powdered sugar on the French toast and serve it hot. You can also pour a little maple syrup or honey if available or garnish with any fruits you might have.
