Our Wine Buff Sam Klingberg is tasting the 2011 Benjamin de Vieux Chateau Gaubert, Graves, from the 2013 Today’s Bordeaux selection.
A mineral backbone with a crisp, clean palate containing floral and citrus notes with hints of kumquat, persimmon, vanilla and tropical fruit.
This wine pairs well with: Ceviche, Grilled Shrimp, Oysters, Seafood
