Follow these steps and my recipe to achieve gorgeous chocolate macarons!
In this video, I share some reasons why chocolate macarons can give us a bit more trouble than our base macaron recipe. Knowing the reason behind our troubleshooting issues will help you to achieve successful chocolate macs and avoid having to throw out anymore failed attempts! The most important things to remember are —
1. MAKE SURE YOUR MERINGUE IS NICE AND STRONG AND STIFF
2. DON’T OVER MIX YOUR BATTER.
