In this video, I am discovering a very interesting French whisky distillery in the South West of France: The Castan distillery. Based in Villeneuve sur Vere, in the Tarn department, they are both wine makers and whisky makers, as well as farmers. Dedicated to do 100% local products, they are a hotbed for innovation. They are innovating both in the whisky world and the wine world, including a very special whisky cask aged wine!
