On Mar 11, 2022, I went to Marea, a Michelin one-starred Italian restaurant. But, this restaurant used to have two stars and is now demoted into one star. I’ve been there twice during its prime and right before the demotion so I can pretty much say that the change more than was justified. However, it’s been a few years since my last visit and I wanted to give it a try again to see what’s changed.
