3 Eggs , 8 pieces of bread , 1 potato peeled and cut into pieces , 1 tomato cut into pieces, 25 gms of ginger ,25gms of garlic, 1 spoon of fennel powder , 1 onion cut into pieces,20 ml of oil , 1 spoon of pepper powder and salt to taste
Preparation.
Heat a pan and pour in 10 ml of oil. Put in the onions, ginger and garlic and saute till golden brown.Add the tomato and potato pieces and saute well. Add the tomatoes and the potatoes and saute and crush them till they become a nice paste. Add salt to taste an add the fennel and pepper powder. Saute and mix. Add water if needed to cook. Add two eggs to the mxture and scramble them. Take off the flame and let the mixture cool. Take a bread slice and put the mixture on top and spread it. Put the next slice on top and press it . Make the other sandwiches in the same way. Break an egg and add a pinch of salt. Mix. Dip the sandwiches in this egg mixture and fry for 4 to 5 minutes by turning from side to side every 45 seconds.
