The wine from Alentejo has a greenish-yellow color. In the nose, there is the aroma of lime, mint, pear, pineapple and orange flower. In the mouth, the wine is fresh, balanced and elegant. It should be served at 12 degrees Celsius. As a perfect match, I recommend prawns sautéed with mushrooms.
