Absolutely Gorgeous The Tiny House On Wheels in NZ
All about the social space..
Our newest Pohutukawa design featuring a double bridge allowing access to both lofts without the use of a ladder. This design creates a large open social space in the main living area, while gaining additional storage. Although the space does not allow for our large fold out sofa bed on the ground floor, a fold out can be accommodated on the large second mezzanine creating sleeping for 4. Huge wardrobe storage can be achieved in this layout while still featuring the spacious bathroom and laundry area.

Double mezzanine
One mezzanine has a standing height platform and easy access storage stairs.
King, queen, double or single bed configurations available.
Second Mezzanine can either be a TV/Games lounge, storage or additional bedroom.
Full kitchen including; dish drawer, oven/microwave, hob, range hood, sink, fridge/freezer, overhead and under bench cupboards and drawers and pantry
Dining area
Large living space that leads through French doors to outdoor living
Large storage/wardrobe area
Washing machine and bench, with lift up laundry basket area
Bathroom with full 900×900 shower, vanity, toilet and heated towel rail.
The exterior features a mono pitch roof to increase head room on the mezzanines.
You can select how many windows to suite your site and lifestyle.
Weathertex, Plywood Board & Batten or corrugated cladding and corrugated roof complete the modern New Zealand aesthetic for this versatile Tiny House design.
