Happy Mothers Day!!! As we all know how amazing our mums are, and how hard they work for us, so today is the day to make them feel super special and extra loved. This Nutella Brioche Toast will definitely put a smile on their faces. Two super-soft brioche slices, smothered with Nutella, and sliced banana – dipped into egg batter – fried in some butter – tossed into some cinnamon sugar – drizzled with some more Nutella – ready to serve and eat

Recipe/Ingredients
– A loaf of Brioche (Aldi)
– 1tbsp Nutella
– 1 egg
– 50ml milk
– A Drop of Vanilla
– A knob of Butter
– 3tbsp Sugar
– 1 tsp Cinnamon
– Some Nutella for Drizzle
