We take a brief trip up to Sancerre, driving into the heart of the village with our rental van (encouraging a chorus of back-seat driving). We have a nice picnic in the shade and Kate continues to enjoy the French tradition of the cheese course. A group of swans join us on the canal after dinner. (Filmed September 8th , 2021)
