Today I will show you a classic mushroom quiche with all-butter pie crust filled and baked with mixture of egg, cream, milk, sauteed mushrooms and onion.
Ingredients:
For crust:
Flour – 140 gr.
Butter – 85 gr.
Margarine – 30 gr.
Iced water – 3-4 tbsp.
Salt
For stuffing:
Mushrooms – 500 gr.
Onion – 1
Eggs – 3
Cream (20%) – 200 ml.
Parmesan – 50 gr.
Salt – 1 tsp.
Lemon juice – 1 tsp.
Wine or brandy – 2 tsp.
Butter – 3 tbsp.
Time for cooking: 70 min.
