Récolte (french — “harvest”) — a younger brother of the Harvest restaurant (see the link below), located beneath on the first floor of the same building in St-Petersburg, Russia. The name reflects the team’s thorough and meticulous approach to every detail. In this video you will find 15 course tasting menu called “Hoste”. Hoste tasting menu is a very elegant way to understand nordic food.
Alexei Alexeev promotes nordic fine-dining and do it in a very inspiring way. He says: «Raw product is the basics! Pure taste, harmony and visual aesthetics of a dish very much depend on the products it is made of. There is a cult of a good quality product in Récolte».
