▶ List of ingredients for 2 persons :
– 1 leek
– 1 shallot
– 1 egg
– 1 tbsp of cider vinegar
– 2 tbsp of sunflower oil

▶ Tips :

Serve when leeks are still hot, it will be delicious.
You can serve it cold too, but never put in fridge.
▶ History :

This starter became popular in the 1950s, in working-class restaurants called “bouillon”.
