Homegrown free-range rooster is marinated in home red wine with garlic, herbs, and spices which help the meat to become tender and give it its unique color and aroma.
The next day it’s cooked together with bacon, onions, carrots, and mushrooms for a few hours so in the end the meat literally falls from the bone!
