Just wanted to share a salad that i eat on a daily basis to lose weight and stay slim
Its a very simple salad
I actually eat this salad 5 days a week
RECIPE:
2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 whole avocado chopped
1/2 cup chopped ham
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
dressing of your choice
i like to eat ranch,french,Italian or catilina dressing
