Search for:

It’s very easy to make mulling spices for hot cider or wine:
simply mix
1 round TBSP of crushed cinnamon bark
4-5 crushed star anis
1 tsp of crushed cloves
2 tsp of cardamom pods
1 rounded TBSP of dried orange peel

Fill into a pretty jar like this one:

Add 1-2 tsp of this mulling spice to about 4 cups of apple cider or (light French) red wine. Gently simmer for at least 10 mins! Enjoy!
