We posted a video last summer, about how we’re going to take a year off from gardening in 2023 to let the land rest ( ). Many of you have been concerned that we won’t have enough food to get us through. So today we’ll head down to the basement pantry and take a look at what we have on hand, as we enter the 2022 season. I do this every year, usually before I plan my garden – so I know what I need to grow for the year. At the end of this growing season (2022) we’ll do another pantry update and show you guys where things stand with the new harvest ♥
