Sugar monster beware, not the time for a diet lol 😉

Cream sugar
– 1 cup of white sugar
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 1/8 of teaspoon salt
– 1 cup of cream 35%
– 1 teaspoon vanilla
– 2 tbsp. butter
– 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Bring to a boil and simmer 15 min.
stirring constantly,
remove from heat and let cool, then add butter, vanilla and nuts.
Put in the fridge overnight.
