The inaugural edition of the Nigerian food and French wine pairing dinner in Paris organised by Friends of Nigeria in collaboration with Vines By Rosa and the Franco-Nigerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry
The event aims to celebrate the harmonious taste of flavorful Nigerian cuisine and French wines.
Guests were treated to 4 sets of pairings and 12 wines from 3 different regions of France, going through a menu that had been carefully put together by Chinedu who has been experimenting and pairing wines from different parts of the wine world for over 20 years.
An excellent and entertaining evening with lots of delicious surprises.
