This bottle of Cabernet Franc from Chinon was staring at me so I decided to break it open. Chinon is an appellation in the Loire Valley of France that certainly deserves more respect from the drinking public.
While this particular wine was not life-changing, I do encourage you to put more wines from the region into your wine drinking program.
