100 grams of mascarpone cream
20 grams of butter
slices of Bayonne ham and Viande des grisons (cured beef)

From the pantry:
olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper
a few blanched almonds for the salad
200 ml of white wine
1 liter of beef or vegetable stock
1 tablespoon of flour
75 grams of speculoos cookies (about 8 cookies)
20 grams of sugar
1 ts of vanilla extract
caramel sauce
