🍽 Ingredients 🍽

250 g flour type 45
3 g of salt
50 g sugar
10 g fresh baker’s yeast
3 eggs
120 g butter

1 egg for finishing

🍰 Instructions 🍰

❶ In the bowl of your mixer, pour the flour, sugar, salt and eggs.
❷ Mix with the hook to obtain a homogeneous dough.
❸ Add the cold butter in pieces and mix for 20 minutes.
❹ Wrap the dough in cling film and leave at room temperature for 2 hours.
❺ Flour your work surface and make 8 equal balls of dough.
❻ Place them in a buttered cake tin and leave at room temperature for 2 hours.
❼ Brush the remaining egg gently over the balls with a brush.
❽ Bake at 170°C (325°F) for about 20/25 minutes.
