I love truffles, but it’s so expensive! the Truffle sauce is a great alternative for everyday cooking. Use only eggs parmesan and Truffle sauce and you get an amazing omelette experience. Love this recipe and so easy and fast to cook.

Find the truffle sauce here:
(you can use any other brand that you can find nearby)
Recipe for one sandwich:
– 3 eggs
– 10 gr Parmesan
– 1 tablespoon Salt (less if your parmesan is very salty)
– 1 teaspoon Pepper
– 1 Cheddar slice
– 2 Soft Bread of your choice
– 1 tablespoon of truffle sauce
Sauce : Mayo + truffle sauce
