Yes, I FIRED my cameraman at the end (not a joke). Today we ate at my incredible mentor Gordon Ramsay’s newest restaurant in Boston. If you don’t know him, he rose to fame through his cooking videos on TikTok. And, given I have lived in New England my whole life, I felt this was the perfect opportunity for the student (i.e. me) to become the teacher. And, most importantly, I wanted to try his famous Beef Wellington to finally know if it would live up to the hype.
