You may have heard of “The French Paradox” before: the fact that French people eat a lot of butter, drink a lot of wine, and consume a fat-heavy diet, yet manage to stay thin! Is this true? And, if it is, what is our secret for staying in good shape?
In today’s lesson, I’ll discuss whether there is, in fact, a French “secret” to staying thin and healthy. I’ll explain how we keep fit in France, and teach you some key French vocabulary around health and fitness.
