Join me for a new series “How to pick a wine?” Let me help you take the guess work out of choosing. In this introduction episode I discuss how the classes will work and explain that we will be starting with the Noble Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
But before we get deep into the noble grapes we must pick a wine for Valentine’s Day.
Here I’ve chosen 2 Tawny Ports from Costco. If you’d like to taste along with me head out to your local Costco (you don’t need a membership to buy adult beverages at Costco) and pick up a bottle of:
Dona Antonia, Reserva Tawny Port, $14.99
and
Pocas, 20 Year Old Tawny Port, $39.99
