Chili Chicken Kabab Masala
Ingredients For The Kabab:
Chicken mince ½ kg
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder as required
Salt as required
Green chilies as required
Fresh coriander as required
Grinded chickpeas 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
For The Masala:
Slice onion 1 large
Red chili powder as required
Turmeric powder as required
Salt as required
Slice tomatoes 2
Whole red chilies 6-7
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Curry leaves 8-10
Slice green chilies 3-4
Oil ½ cup
Fresh coriander to garnish
Method:
For the kabab grind all the ingredients and make the kababs. Then heat oil and fry them until golden brown. For the masala, heat oil and fry the slice onion. Now add whole red chilies, green chilies and curry leaves. Fry well. Then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, black pepper and slice tomatoes. Fry well. Now add prepared kababs and lemon juice, mix well. Lastly garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

French Beans Masala Fry
Ingredients:
French beans 2 ½ cup
Soda bicarb 2 pinches
Green chilies 3-4
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Fennel seeds (crushed) ½ tsp
White sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Jaggery (grinded) 2 tbsp
Onion (cubes) 1 cup
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Fresh coriander for garnish
Method:
Cut the French beans and add in the water. Then add soda bicarb and boil it well. Now strain the water and set the French beans aside. Then in a grinded add desiccated coconut, grinded jaggery, fennel seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, green chilies, fresh coriander, salt and cumin powder. Grind it well. Now heat oil and add the grinded spices and French beans, cook well. Then add onion cubes and mix well. Lastly garnish with white sesame and fresh coriander. Serve hot.

Muesli Bars
Ingredients:
Muesli 2 packets
Caramel sauce ½ cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence few drops
Melted chocolate 1 cup
Tahini paste ½ cup
White chocolate chips 4 tbsp
Salt 2 pinches
Method:
In a bowl add butter, caramel sauce, vanilla essence and tahini paste. Melt it well. Then add salt and muesli. Mix properly. Now add white chocolate chips and mix well. Then melt the chocolate and allow it to cool for a while. Once it is set add the muesli mixture and allow it to set well. Lastly cut into the bars and serve.
