Make the Sparrow your forever home… 26’THOW
The Sparrow has a French-door entry into a spacious living room. Open the doors and the fold-down deck doubles the living room area! Pallet wood interior wall encloses a spacious bathroom with a full-sized tile shower and provides a very ‘home like’ interior wall for TV, artwork, or shelving, plus storage above it. Lots of light near the fold-down dining table and/or desk space takes you through to a rather large kitchen! Plenty of task lighting, fold-up cutting board, a 24″ propane stove with oven, lots of counter and cabinet space, including a large pantry next to a 7.4 cu ft refrigerator.
Up the stairs (each one built with an easy-glide drawer) to a very unique loft. It’s designed with extra space next to the bed, so an average-sized adult can actually stand UP!. Storage behind the headboard and a generous closet. Dormered ceiling and lots of light make for a comfortable, welcoming space to hang out, read, or watch TV.
