Recipe:
600g. Apple
1 tablespoon whiskey or cognac
1 tablespoon orange juice
170g. flour + 2 tbsp
240г. sugar
10g vanilla sugar
10g baking powder
pinch of salt
1 egg + 2 yolks
230ml. oil
250ml. milk
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius – 1 hour and 15 minutes.
