°15g flour
°70g bacon
° red wine (1 glass)
° 20g butter
° 1 tbsp brown sugar
° 1 Small canned Mushrooms ( i don’t have fresh mushrooms )
° 1 beef cube
° bay leafs
° 2 tbsp oil (To fry the beef)
° Salt
° Pepper
° Water

°Cooking 2H00 to 2H30
°Marinate the meat if you have time 2H00
