The décor of the L’Atelier restaurant is contemporary chic featuring lush red velvet seating with dark wood furniture. If you want to feel part of the action sit at the counter; if you prefer a more intimate setting then ask for a table in Le Jardin. The signature red and black décor, along with the living garden wall, have become as much a signature in a Joël Robuchon restaurant as the cooking. The contemporary French cuisine is executed to the highest level, using the best French & Japanese seasonal ingredients available. Expect professional service to match.

The restaurant is divided into two areas – L’Atelier and Le Jardin. L’Atelier is designed with a circular bar enveloping an open kitchen, allowing customers to witness all aspects of cooking, from food preparation to the plating of dishes. The menu offers a variety of great French classics in innovative tapas-style portions. Le Jardin has an elegant interior setting and looks out to a quaint roof top garden.

The next door Le Salon de Thé – de Joël Robuchon Hong Kong is a French tea salon offering a variety of light sandwiches, bakery products, pastries and cakes, and coffee/tea for dining-in and takeaway.

Price: Starting from USD 100 to USD 320 Per Person for a 4 to 9 course menu (not including drinks). My meal was a 9 course Signature Menu with fine wine pairing from boutique wineries. The muffled speech from the hosts in the video is due to the mask mandates in Hong Kong.
