FANCY FRENCH EGG SALAD | MOLLY BAZ | COOK THIS BOOK

What You’ll Need:
-12 eggs: hard boiled
-3/4 cup soft herbs: torn and chopped (I used parsley and chives)
-1 tbs whole grain mustard
-1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
-3 tbs white wine vinegar
-1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
-8 cornichons: roughly chopped
-1 tbs capers: drained and roughly chopped (I used artichokes)
-Salt and pepper to taste
-Flakey sea salt for finishing
-Crusty bread: toasted
