Though fine dining establishments have been among those hardest hit by the COVID-19 pandemic, Chef Henk Savelberg remains undeterred. This multiple-time michelin-star chef recently launched a new location for his eponymous restaurant.
Despite being Dutch-born and specializing in French cuisine, he’s made Thailand his home, incorporates specially selected Thai ingredients into his cooking, and passionately gives back to Thai society, calling charity something near and dear to his heart.
