Hello everyone and welcome to today’s lunch special. I have cabbage, leeks, celery and yellow pepper all cooked down to soft and tender. I added 3 tablespoons of French wine and 1/4 cup of chicken broth. Cooked until like a gravy consistency. Seasoned with sea salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder. about 1 teaspoon of turmeric, about a 1 teaspoon of cumin and ended up with about a 1 tablespoon or so of curry powder. lol well i guess i need to measure next time ha ha ha. yall enjoy.
