The Elyu recipe is said to be a secret recipe! The Fried Chicken is crispy and crunchy with hints of sweetness to it! The meal comes with french fries, fried rice cooked in chicken oil and a garlic ketchup dip! Mixing the garlic ketchup sauce with the fried chicken elevates the flavor!
Now, the Honey Bagoong flavor is a sweet and salty shrimp based glaze coated on the fried chicken! The order comes with the same chicken oil rice, but comes with smoked eggplant salad and kare kare sauce (peanut sauce)! Using the peanut sauce with the Honey Bagoong fried chicken makes it a perfect combination!
